2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to design assets, templates, graphics, and downloadable files), all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds for digital products except in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • The product delivered is significantly different from the description on the product page.


3. Services & Custom Work

Refunds for services such as branding, graphic design, or custom projects are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of the project.

  • Before work has started: A full refund may be issued.

  • After work has begun: A partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.

  • After project completion or final delivery: No refunds will be issued.

Any deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable once work has started.


4. Revisions & Satisfaction

MU Creative offers revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction if the work aligns with the agreed scope and revisions have been provided.

We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure expectations are met.


5. Incorrect Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of technical knowledge or software compatibility

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.


6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (where applicable), please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery with the following information:
